Subject: Service Pack 3 Destroyed Poser

Ugh... I just installed SP3 for Poser Pro and now my render window is a white square with a black square in the corner... no figures will load, rendering will freeze, can't change the background to a picture, can't even get the background to change to one color. Anyone else seen SP3 hose Poser?

well I figured that one out- basically you have to reapply the memory update after installing the service pack 3. that didn't fix my loading times problem, which seems to be hard coded into my HD now lol, so i upgraded to poser 5 =/ that is working much better, but poser 5 wont display thumbnails in the libraries if you have too many items in a single library, anyone know how to fix that?

quote from the P5 SR4 readme: Library ------- - If desired, Poser can now omit the thumbnails when browsing library categories that contain more than a certain threshold of items. Default is 100 items per subfolder. Please adjust the previewNum value in Runtime/prefs/LibraryPrefs.xml if you prefer a different value. There's a reason why these files are called "readme" ;-)
