I created a Walking figure in Poser of app 30 frames, and i wanted to use him/her into bryce i exported it as a OBJ file, but now i've got 30 obj files instead of 1 file which i want to upload to bryce therfor my question is there a easy way of transferring Poser-ani's to Bryce, allowing easy ani's instead of frame by frame importing, placing, next frame, etc

Unfortunately there isn't. You can do it the old fashioned way by splicing together two images like a bluescree or you can do the individual imports ... Unfortunately that is the only option I know of but I aam no animation expert.
