Is there a method using B5 that will allow you to rotate the sky so as to bring a specific cloud formation into a more prominent, or less promiment position in your image ? Bob

All of these controls in the Sky Lab will have some effect on your sky/cloud cover. You can also use the zoom on your camera, or when all else fails to give the required results...make a 2D plane & place it in the background.

Have fun.

If you just want to rotate the clouds without changing them, click edit, which takes you to the dte. Go to the noise dialogue and rotate xy. I think that'll do what you're asking for..
