Subject: Rescale Keyframes - Python?

Is there a Python script or other method for rescaling keyframe data. For example, I've created an animation, but wanted it streched out for a longer time period, Is there an easy way of rescaling the keyframes??

Use Animation/Retime Animation... from the menu.
