Subject: How do you check on an order?

I don't see any order inquries/help on the e-on site. I see where my order that was placed on 9/29 and says it's pending? I wouldn't think an order would be "pending" for 6 days. I have the order number. How to I write to see what the problem is? Not complaining but if there was a problem, I would have though they would have contacted me by now.

Did you try logging in to E-On's website and checking your order status? Maybe there is more information about why your order is still pending. Just a guess. Good luck.

I'm having issues with my order since the transaction happens in Europe my CC company blocked it. I can't find a phone number or any customer support numbers at E-On. It sucks that you can't call, so I sent emails and I'm still waiting. My order status on their site is still in the validating payment step.

I have also sent e-mails with no reply or acknowledgement.I did not have these problems with the purchase of Vue 3 or 4. My order has sat at "being reviewed" since it was placed almost a WEEK ago. I gave done all in my power to buy this product. No phone numbers to get it straight whoever is at fault. I have never seen a software company you cannot contact to resolve and order issue.

Have you tried using the online support center? My order was at the pending stage for over a week before I realised that I had selected he wrong upgrade package. I used the "Contact a Sales Representative" option in the support section, filled in all the info in the boxes and had a reply 24 hours later. I reordered Vue 5 on september 24th, and it came today.

Thanks! I tried the above and received a reply that the order is fine and shipment should be in the next few days. Guess just a LOT of shipments at the present time. Thanks for all the help!

Deadpixels: The same thing happened to me when I ordered Vue 4 way back when and all I had to do was call the credit card company to tell them to let the payment go through. After that E-on shipped it. Then again I didn't try to order Vue 4 right when it was released so maybe eon is having issues with trying to keep up with all the pre-orders and orders.

Hi Nano, yeah, I authorized it via a call to the automated system at my credit card company and today the transaction went through and my order is being shipped! The problem lies in the disconnect between the order and the credit card company confirmation, which threw me for a loop. Not having a phone number to call E-On sucks, but oh well. My main issue was that I need to be home for the delivery, and I had it timed perfectly. Now, with this 2 day delay, the package will arrive on a day that is totally inconvenient and I might have to drive down and pick it up since I won't be around to sign for it. I even paid more for the 2 day, now I'm thinking I should have saved money and went with the regular delivery. sigh... I guess I should just be happy that its on its way soon... I can't wait =)

Well my order has sat for nearly a week with the status of "Logged" even after getting a response that it was in fact ok so I finally sent back a new request to cancel the order. I'll try again when they're not so bogged down. It shouldn't take a week to hit the Being Reviewed Status!

Aha! I see that I am not alone in the "waiting on shipment" line here! I received via e-mail from e-on a notification that my copy had been shipped at 9:59AM on Sept 30th! After waiting patiently for far too long with no tracking number available I finally contacted e-on via their web-site on Oct 6th to make them aware of this. On ThursAM, the 7thOct, I finally was awarded a tracking number which led me to find out(via UPS's site...e-on didn't get back to me until today!!)that my shipment didn't actually go out of Oregon until the 4th of October and wouldn't be here(the Boston, Ma area)until Mon the 11th of October!! So much for 3-5 days for UPSGround Shipping, eh?!? Since I am always looking for the silver lining in every little set-back, I can only console myself with the fact that I didn't go for any of the extra shipping charges as well'-)! But, all I know is...it's gonna be a very long weekend knowing that I will hopefully have my copy on Monday!
