Got Vue 5 today ;) But will have to carry it home in a plastic bag ;( Where did the box go? If they did run out of boxes or they where late from print or something then it might be OK but if it was in order to save $1 on package cost then I would rather pay a few $ more. ????

If you upgraded, then there is no box. It was the same with the previous upgrades. Only full product has the box.

From e-on's web page about Vue 5 : "Customers who purchase the full version will receive the product in a retail box, together with a quick reference card and a bookmark. These items are not included in the upgrade."

Yeah... But what's the point?

That by ordering a smaller quantity of printed boxes and cards, they can save a lot of money, after all we pay an upgrade price not the full price, so why should be entitled to a new box? I concede that perhaps the card could be given, but usually the reference card is for beginners, and one assumes that people who upgrade are not beginners anymore - so this makes sense too.

ALL my reference cards hit the trash..even as a noob when I started.....even with my reading glasses the damn print was too small LOL!!!!

Does a new manual come with the upgrade? I just ordered my upgrade and lost my previous manual.

yes all Vue upgrades come with a printed manual :-)

The upgrade includes the book mark and quick ref card, just not a box. What a stupid marketing decision. I keep all of my software boxes.
