wow -- lookit all that cool stuff! Hmmm... THose shrubs look nice. I wonder if there's a companion pack coming out for them this week. Or maybe even a few tree stumps and stuff. Very cool!

Visited your site for the first time just now, and I had a few comments that hopefully will be accepted as constructive feedback...(a) a 'search' function would sure be nice - I was looking for 'The Girl Merchant Resource Kit' mentioned above, and after looking through all four pages of the 'general store', still didn't find it! (b) 'Just Relax' looked interesting, but couldn't find what character it's for, etc; more info is needed (c) I've been looking at that old washing machine, and despite there being a 'sale' at your site, when I put this item in my cart, it still indicated $9.99 as the price; same item at ROS is $7.50 (with NO sale).
As I said, none of this meant as sarcasm - just some observations from a first-time visitor to your site...

No offense taken :)

Sale prices are calculated at time of checkout automatically. Plus, when you register at the site, you get a gift certificate for 2.50 -- add that into the price of that washing machine and it'll be only 5 bucks ;)

Search functions there already :) As a help, you can find the merchant kit for the GIRL in the artistry aides area, as well the General store :)

Thanks for bringing that to our notice -- We'll add in that the poses are designed for V3, although they will work with any figure.

The last two posts just answered by questions as well. About the Washing Machine that is :)

sandoppe ( ) posted Mon, 11 October 2004 at 2:39 PM

Ok....I have a number of items in my basket. It looks like the only payment options are paypal or check/money order, correct?

ynsaen ( ) posted Mon, 11 October 2004 at 2:41 PM

yes -- but paypal can be used to pay by credit card without an account through them.

sandoppe ( ) posted Mon, 11 October 2004 at 2:45 PM

Yup....I know. The only thing is that I have multiple cards and never use the same one :) That takes a bit of extra messing around at Paypal. But....what the heck! :)

OddDitty ( ) posted Mon, 11 October 2004 at 2:47 PM

lol ynsaen is correct -- thanks! We're monitoring it now, sandoppe :)

sandoppe ( ) posted Mon, 11 October 2004 at 2:57 PM

Well "sheeets".....now I get an error when I try to access Paypal to add a different credit card!! Looks like the items will have to sit in the cart for a bit until Paypal decides to get their act together. You might want to call them and tell them that one of your customers is getting a 3004 error message :)

OddDitty ( ) posted Mon, 11 October 2004 at 2:59 PM

Will Do :)

OddDitty ( ) posted Mon, 11 October 2004 at 3:02 PM

Done. We're watching the process right now. They have requested two changes on our end, should take about 10 minutes.

OddDitty ( ) posted Mon, 11 October 2004 at 3:11 PM

They say go.

sandoppe ( ) posted Mon, 11 October 2004 at 3:12 PM

Got in finally to make the change in my credit card, but didn't go through your system to do it, but at least I finally got in to do it. You mentioned a $2.50 coupon. Is that included at the end of the order? Did not receive anything to insert into the coupon box. I'm assuming that the sale price gets calculated at Paypal and not on your pages, right?

sandoppe ( ) posted Mon, 11 October 2004 at 3:24 PM

Heads up Oddity! Something isn't working right. I get all the way to Paypal and the "pay" button, but the price is still full price.....no sale price....no coupon. I cancelled the transaction. Will wait until you have it worked out.

OddDitty ( ) posted Mon, 11 October 2004 at 3:28 PM

Will contact you by email -- there is an issue at the paypal site for some reason.

sandoppe ( ) posted Mon, 11 October 2004 at 3:31 PM

Thanks for taking care of it. Will wait to hear from you :)

OddDitty ( ) posted Mon, 11 October 2004 at 4:47 PM

PayPal is back up!

sandoppe ( ) posted Mon, 11 October 2004 at 5:52 PM

Everything is working fine now. Got my stuff and some great service as well. I think you guys will have a bright future.....another RDNA maybe?!! :) Your service and responsiveness can't be beat....that's for certain. Life is grand!! I now have still another place to use my credit card!! Thank you!! LOL

TT's Jack is very cool! His face looks a lot like Captain Johnny Depp :P Will have to grab that texture when the paycheck comes in. Is that pirate suit and/or texture sold at your store too? It's fantastic.

ynsaen ( ) posted Tue, 12 October 2004 at 5:23 AM

I'm afraid not, Ram -- but I'll get with the folks and see if we can find out what outfit that is for ya -- I love it myself!
