Subject: NOOB Question about saving facial expressions

What is the best way to save/load facial expressions? Do I save a facial expression file in the "Face" category? Or is it better to use a "Pose"? Is there a way to save/load the necessary facial INJ along with the expression in one step? Wow .. more questions that they don't answer in the standard Poser 4 Guide. ARP

Yes, for facial expressions the best place is the face category. Also be sure not to save morph informations with the expression. This means that you should only use expression morphs to create an expression/emotion. If you by mistake save a expression pose that use (for example) the "Head Chimp" morph next time you use this pose on a character you will change not only his expression but his shape too.

Hmm .. I see a common concept I am not getting. And it might have saved me two questions in my massive string of question (which I am grateful for people putting up with). How does one save (or not save) morph informations? ARP

I don't have Poser at hand now and it has been a long time since I saved a custom expression, but Poser should pop up a panel that asks you if you want to save morph information inthe expression too. In that case check "NO". BTW: You could try to check this site too http://www.poserpros.com/forums/ There are a couple of forums "Poser 5 Tips and Tricks" and "Yer Basic Poser 4" that arejust full of tips and tutorials to master Poser.
