Subject: NOOB Question about preventing object selection

How to I prevent poser from selecting a figure? For instance, I accidently select the background figure when I want to move a character. Sigh - thanks for putting up with these questions. (just a few more to go) ARP

Most people use the pulldown menu to select, not the mouse.

If you want to use the mouse...hold down the Shift key, that will keep anything other than the selected object from being selected.
