I've been playing sround with some halloween texures lately, and this is what I have come up with. I would like to put 'Daisy Decay' in a graveyard scene, but so far I am undecided as to how well the texture looks. Any comments would be greatly appreciated.

I like it. Has a very nice rotting feel to it. I particularily like that it's NOT symmetrical!

Looking at this, the texture appears more like dirt than decay. Part of that is because the figure has a fairly healthy body shape. Perhaps if there were some rips in the skin? Or thin the model down to show some obvious ribs? Look forward to seeing the end product.

I agree with TygerCub, thin the model down with some emaciating morphs. Definitely make a strong bump map to highlight the texture. Also, try to make an eye texture that looks like she has cataracts or very filmy corneas. Looking great so far!

I already have the morphs for the model shape, all I'm dealing with right now is the texture. I've been toying with the idea of putting in exposed muscles as well as bones and shredded skin.

I'd say this one looks pretty grusome..err good =) ...perhaps keep this one the way it is and do another one with more decay. Not starting from scratch..just adding to as per your post up there. (I always like more than one...never know what you'll want when the mood hits)
