C makes it easy to shoot yourself in the foot. C++ makes it harder, but when you do, you blow your whole leg off.

Yes it is. In Amsterdam, a serial killer in a scuba gear attacks people who come too close to the canals. A cop tries to investigate the divers clubs... there is a gorgeous pursuit in the canals with 2 speedboats.
