Hi! I've got the same problem as eirian. When trying to buy a store item I receive the message: "We are unable to process your order. Please contact our office at 1-866-220-2949 for further assistance. Thank you." Could you please correct this for my account, too? Thanks.

Thanks Deb. I could make the purchase now and have also sent a mail with the requested first time buyer information, but the download did not become available yet. Can you please check this?
