I've seen a few threads about trying to transfer V3/M3/David/SP morphs to the new Luke and Laura figures... I haven't tried that, but I did try transferring morphs designed just for Luke and Laura to other Mil figures, and it worked great. This is David and Stephanie Petite with the morphs and textures from Thorne and Sarsa's Pookling Twin characters, which were made for the MilTeens. I knew the mats would fit, but I was pleasantly surprised to find that the morphs did also. :) Most of the unimesh morphs seem to go between figures pretty easily.

In the case of applying the Pookling Twins morphs to Steph and David, it's really easy. You just load up the figure, then apply the morph and mat pose. Apparently Luke and Laura morphs are by default interchangeable with Steph Petite, V3, David. This is how Thorne explained it over at the DAZ Forums: "One good thing about all these gen3 figures is the empty community channels that DAZ built in. They all have identical names (PBMCC = Partial Body Morph Community Channel): PBMCC_01 through PBMCC_30 for David, Steph, and the Twins (V3 has 50 empty community channels and is also compatible with the Twins; M3 and the Freak are only compatible with each other). This means that any custom morph targets (such as the pookie twins) that use these channels will also readily inject into any of the figures listed above. The Pookling Twins use PBMCC_01 for the faces, 02 for the ears (all our figures use these 2 channels the same way) and channels 03 and 04 are for the other custom nose morphs. Probably more information than you really wanted to know, but that is the reason all of our custom gen3 characters will always be interchangeable with each other! "

Assuming you have Morph Manager 4.0, a free program. One way to do it is to take the V3 figure and load up all the morphs, both head and body. Then save this as a temporary character in the figures library. Then load up the Laura character and save this as another temporary character. The use Morph Manager 4.0 load up the saved V3 character and the saved Laura character and tranfer all of the V3 morphs to Laura and save the new Laura character. Then use this one. It works great, all 8 breast sizes are then available, all the muscle setting work, the whole 9 yards.

See, I have less than no interest in Luke and Laura, but I rather love Thorne and Sarsa's creations no matter what form they are in. So I would even buy L&L base set just to get a bit of the morphs and then use textures and all other morphs on Steph and David, who are now my hands down faves for unimesh characters. So,if I understand what Thorne?? is saying, I can simply load up his pookling morph and use it on David or Steph, and if I have the basic L&L morph set I could load-- say Quims' morph for Luke on David and have a slightly younger guy-- this greatly interests me. Gives Steph a broader range of looks too. Please tell me if I'm wrong, here, as I've only got one more day to get these puppies on sale.LOL Emily

That's what I got from Thorne's statement, and I think what you've posted is correct. If you don't own Luke and Laura, but bought the Pookling Twins, Quim's characters, etc, you should be able to use those purchases with Steph and David. I'd say give it a try... even if it somehow turns out to not work for you, DAZ has a refund policy. I wish I'd known that ahead of time, too. I had some interest in Luke and Laura, but really I bought them just to use the Pookling Twins package. Now that I know the morphs work on Steph and David (and give me older-looking characters, which is what I wanted) I'm probably not going to get much use out of the new MilTeens.
