I've purchased 8 items for Vicky/Michael from your online store. I have a cable connection and at least i download items at 20-40K/sec. The maximum i can get from you is 1K. I've only been able to download 2 of the items. Is there something wrong with your site or is it usually this way? I'm getting quite desperate.
