Subject: Anyone seen my e-bots?

I know e-bots can sometimes go astray but I'm not getting notifications of gallery comments on my latest today!
I just wonder whether it's just me or is there a general problem?

LOL - well thanks Clint - still got heaps missing (puzzled) Still it's Friday night - perhaps they're out on the razz :o)

Here are the typical reasons E-Bots go missing: 1) Out on the Razz (joke) 2) ISP is filtering E-Mails from @renderosity.com - considering them spam. 3) Local E-Mail client is filtering them to another folder or trash can. 4) Your E-Mail address registered at Renderosity isnt set properly. 99.9% of the time one of the above items is the problem. Hi. We have the same problem. Since a week we do not receive 80% of e-bot informations (we received only 20% of "Digital Item Purchase" informations). We don't have Spam killer or any other filtering. We receive all other informations from all over the world, so we suspect that our mail box works fine. We hope it is temporary problem. I think all of mine have now arrived - although for whatever reason some took 72 hours to turn up!

This was the first time anything like this happened to me in such numbers - so it was hugely frustrating at the time but hopefully it will just have been a one-off.
