Hi! I'm studing poser. And I have anxiety. Can you tell me the history of Poser? And is MetaCreations and Curious Labs same company?

Larry Weinberg started Poser as a 6502 machine-language app on an Apple ][ in the early 80s. Sold to Fractal, then Metacreations, then Ghost Effects, then Curious, which was sold recently to a Japanese firm, eFrontier. I don't know to whom it will be sold next year (if any), but the program has proved too complex to allow for offshore modular programming under the supervision of absentee program managers, so its future depends on finding a stable home.
