Subject: Template for V3 catsuit

Aeneas ( ) posted Thu, 18 November 2004 at 1:37 PM ยท edited Wed, 11 December 2024 at 11:58 PM

Daz does not provide the templates at the moment and they don't seem to want to do so soon. As the templates were fully free for download by anyone, not only buyers, I guess they may be distributed. I'd appreciate it a lot if someone would be prepared to send me one for the V3 ultracatsuit which I bought but for which no template is available and I do am blocked. Thanks This is the last time Daz sees the colour of my money!

I have tried prudent planning long enough. From now I'll be mad. (Rumi)

There's an application called UVMap, it allows you to make templates for Poser Characters, props, and clothing. You can Download a free version at the link above.

Ask me a question, and I'll give you an answer.

Hello - I've just about to send you an I.M. message about this.

Aeneas, let's not go getting yer knickers all twisted :-) go here and look at the right side, third image and you'll find the template http://www.daz3d.com/shop.php?op=itemdetails&item=1307&cat=19

Why shouldn't speech be free? Very little of it is worth anything.

thanks for the replies! Galactron: thanks, but as the uv exists, I don't feel like creating it. If I'm not mistake, there is no free version of UVMapper anymore for PC as from now on all energy will go into UVPro. No crits from me: he has givn a lot, and he also has to pay the rent and eat from time to time. Becco_UK: thanks! Charlie_Tuna: the item you refer to is the seamguide. As the polygon edges are in some parts white and in other dark, and the different parts are fulcoloured, it would be difficult to create a line-drawing from it that I could use in Photoshop to work from. Yet thanks for taking the time to point me to it. (I did already download it the moment I noticed the template itself wasn't made available.)

Aeneas don't be offended but, I don't really understand what you are saying, your English is a bit jumbled. There is a free windows version of the demonstration program for download, (see link) it still allows you to save the templates as a Windows PNG image, that allows you to open and work with it in Photoshop. It's better than just waiting for somebody to give you the exact template that you need.

Ask me a question, and I'll give you an answer.
