The number of posts made since October 3rd... I think. I just went back to the earliest post I could find and counted from there.

OK, I'm not sure why I'm pushing this. But earliest post of about a year ago doesn't..... oh forget it. :-)

I was posting in Dec '01..you might mean the earliest surviving post..;) if you do searches on key words or handles, you'll go back a lot further..and tie up your PC for a while..;) 'sides..I think the Strata forum might give Blacksmith 3d (whazzat?..;) a run for it's money as least post..(it's probably my fault..I drop in every couple of months and muse that there's no entries..;)
if you're really bored, I had a site somewhere that would tell you how many servers 'rosity had, what they were running (mostly linux..;), how long they'd been up, etc..last I checked there were 10-11 of 'em..servers, that is..;)

Yeah, that's what I meant, surviving posts. Hey, I'm not claiming any of those stats are accurate. I just counted 'em up. I was curious how big Bryce was vs. the other forums. Lately, there have been alot of posts in this forum 'bout how great Wings is, or the next version of Terragen will wow ya, I just got UV Mapper and its amazing. So I was worried that folks were migrating away from Bryce cause it was such a dog of a prog compared to these others. I was happy to discover that Bryce is No. 2. And as someone once said in this forum "That's next best to No. 1"

You're enjoying this aren't you pakled! You know that poor Bandolin will be going right back to that computer and updating and correcting that little flaw,lol. And he'll get no rest until he's done so, because he's a crazed statistician! Poor bloke will never come up for air now. The date of my first becoming a member of Renderosity was mid-way between pakled and drawbridge back in '02.

mmm..sorry..;) Actually, I've been trying to figure out precisely when I joined..it was at least 2 weeks before Christmas (started my 3 year jaunt tonight..I'm trying to use the programs I started out with, and work up to the present..should be painful, or amusing, or both..;) I started with Terragen, and it's..uh..*different* now than I remember it from 8.17, or something like that..;) Strata's coming up soon..there was a community here, and then *whoomp there they go..,*..took their marbles and went home..;) The hard part is remembering which ones I got first..;) since I feel bad about messing wit his head, here's the other site to which I referred..;)

why isnt blender ment in those stats ?? :P
