Only in bryce! Could be some plug-in somewhere, but I don't think so.

As TBKoen says. This format is only readable by Bryce. And as far as I know, there is NO other program or plugin thatwill read this. If the obp is not made of any Bryce primitives, then you can export it from Bryce to another format. James
