There are a few freeware plug-ins here which are supposed to be compatible with:

Photoshop, Photo Paint, Paint Shop Pro, Photo Draw and Photo Impact. In particular, I like the Seamless Workshop, give it a try.

Yep, that's the one, I like the ripple one the best, seamless texture one not good at all, at least U need to fix it a lot after it !!! :D

The one shown is the seamless workshop. I've gotten some pretty good results with it and actually prefer it over some commercial ones I own, you just need to play with it enough to get the results you want.

Yeah, I used one of Reflields plugin for "The Shape" challenge. Even made a little tutorial on it. The older/free version is still available, link is on 1st page of tut. AS
