I d/led a couple of freebies offsite - main 1 I wanted was the gown. Despite looking thru the tutorials and FAQs etc, also shifting the file(s) into "clothing females) I can't call it up in the library. I'm probably doing something really dumb but would appreciate any help - my poor girl is getting cold (it IS midwinter after all!) cheers

As you note, it's an add-on texture. You need the gown, or it won't work. The gown is for sale at RDNA.

If you have the gown, and still can't get to work, it's probably because this item is zipped differently than most. When you open it, you'll see another zip inside the zip. (Runtime.zip.) Unzip this second zip to your Poser folder, and you should see MAT files for applying the textures to the gown in a folder called PH-gown.

Hello Barrowlass, You have to watch out looking at the freebies as well as shopping in the market place. Items ARE usually listed as a texture for ... OR the actual item (geometry). I got started by purchasing eagle bvh files from Zygote -- BEFORE DAZ3D came into existance. I later found out my mistake and went back and purchased the Eagle figure. It's been a downhill slide since then: I think I've spent more on Victoria and Michael clothing than I have on my own wardwrobe. Beware! Best Wishes, Rance
