Subject: Bad Download

Today I ordered and paid for, by credit card, the Saluda figure. After a lengthy download, when I tried to extract the file I got the message "No files to extract". I have notified Visa that the bill will not be honored till this is resolved. I had hoped for better than this. But then, I was warned not to order anything on line. Lots of shady characters out there.

If it is just a bad download, you can redownload for up to 30 days after your date of purchase. From the Store page, click on the "My Purchases" link to see a list of all of your purchases. From that page, hit the Download button. If the download process itself is giving you problems, we will be happy to email your purchase to you. Just let us know how you want to handle this.
