Try increasing your quality settings and anti-aliasing, it will add time but that appears to be what's causing the severe noise. Unfortunately Vue is not perfect in it's motion blurring but increasing the settings will get you much closer, if it's not close enough at least you won't have as much to clean up in photoshop.

render is in broadcast, with motion blur. it looks all noisy, is it supposed to be that, and even it out later in a paint program, (wich look pretty good actually) or will it improve once i render it bigger? (or: how can i get it not as noisy anymore...without adding a zillion extra render hours, off course)
also, general tips on the rest of the image are greatly appreciated, i'm a bit veu-rusty ^^;;
