...but going to my cart to download....the list is there but no download buttons for them. "Zuzu for Koshini" "Paradise Hair" "Decay for the Preteen" "Pandy Cakes" Any ideas?? Thanks and Merry Christmas to you all!

The member that purchased the gifts for you is a first time buyer and needs to send in their verification information. Once they do, your downloads will become available. Deb

Debbie..my son just told me that he payed for the gifts for me via his PayPal account. As son is a first time buyer here, does PayPal purchases still have to be verified?

Hi Ardiva, Yes, ask him to send in his Renderosity member name, Order ID number and his real name used on his PayPal account for verification purposes. He can send this information into store@renderosity.com Thanks! Deb
