I've seen some really awsome custom textures and am interested in making my own. What's the best way to do this? Is there a program somewhere that makes making custom textures for poser figueres easier. Right now I'm using the Poser 4 textures as templates for my current textures but they do not have the same realism as other custom textures. Thanks for any help.

Deep Paint 3d. Its expensive but very good. Here's a link to a time limited demo. http://www.us.righthemisphere.com/promotions/dp3dtwDownload.htm I tried it and it's just too cool. Soon as I can scrape together the simolians that puppy is mine. lol Its every thing painter 3d wanted to be.

The easiest way would be to modify a texture you liked, if the original creator allow modifications. My textures can freely be modified, used and posted (non commercially) and have an Ok detail level as they are up to 3000*3000 in size. You can find them here http://home.online.no/~kjellil/ or here http://www.fortunecity.com/tatooine/darkknight/369/index.htm (or type http://www.w2010.com) Staale
