I'm working on this WIP with drac's bot in it. Now i need some help with it in a few places.

#1, I saw someone do dust clouds around the feet of a mech once. I'm asking if that person is on here could they or someone else inform me of the best way to do this.

#2, THIS IS FOR Drac. drac how do i pose your bot, i need one arm held outward so it looks like he is giving directions to MacDonalds ;)

Ok that is it for now.

PS: i'll be working on the terrain in the foreground later. Also no one say anything about me using a Poser model in this image, I'm allowed to it's my girlfriend that made me ;)

I have opinions of my own -- strong opinions -- but I don't always agree with them.

If it's drac's bot, I'm placing my bets on the bot. ;)

For dust I think you can place spheres around the feet and give them a volumetric cloud texture.

Isn't this where the little robot is holding the fuse to an acking big bomb that'll blow the big guys to kingdom-come?

Here is another image i did while i was thinking of something to do in that first one and i was trying out making dust clouds around their feet. Think i went a little over board with the dust clouds :)

LMAO! awesome concept. yeah, look in the readme, it's pretty confusing, since some of the joints act both as texture coordinates (like the red knuckles) and actual joints (the joints, as far as I remember, are blue). Done it a long time ago, promised i'd release the original wings file, still waiting around for bloody broadband.
