Why is it when I use the Material Room Setup of the first image, with my P4F she turns White, because then I need to use the COlor Bucket to get that of this second image? I meant to bring with me a screenshot of Her White, I'll have it tomorrow. = )

Because P4F has a totally different template from M2 so you're either... Not attaching a texture at all to the model, or... Attaching a white part of the texture to the model. Offhand I can't remember where Posette's head is on the texture map so I can't say for sure.

Yes, the textures are completely different, posette doesn`t have a seperate head texture. Poser 5 is good but not that good. That might be an idea for a program, changing the uvmapping on the fly (or maybe not). ;)

I'm not entirely sure what you're trying to achieve, but would the version of Posette that's remapped to take Vicky 2 textures help? You want the "P4VSkin" character at the attached link.

Finally, here is the screen shot of what my material room looks like with my P4F! I'd like to get away from using the paint bucket, to color my skin, instead of a texture! My thanks to all of the replies so far, please keep them coming? = )

What I'm really hoping for is someone who can pick out a toggle that is differant between the two Material Settings, that is causing such a differance? = )

Is this a pz3 loaded into p5? If it is the problem could be the thing where you have to delete all the background nodes to make the scene work.

Has anyone heard this, can a further explanation be put forward? = )

If you load a pz3 into poser 5 and go into the material room and delete the node attached to the background you can then change the background colour, etc. But as far as I know it just affects the background, it shouldn`t affect figures. You could try deleting any background nodes just to check if that is the problem.
