Both the animations are well done, both the models move with realism. The cloths of the first one really move well when she walks.

Looks good. Is that hair dynamic? It seems to need a little more movement to look as realistic as the rest of the animation, because it's quite stiff. One complaint... she appears to be "marching" in that walk cycle. I know women don't walk completely natural when wearing high heels, but some more bending the foot/toes when she takes a step may improve this. Nice work.

Must be a somewhat tedious process. Impressive results though. A short how-to would be cool.
