Subject: What to do with B&W's that need more?

I was thinking about a sepia tone... but I don't know. I have Jasic Paint Shop Pro and I haven't figure out how to yet. Any suggestions?

If you are suing PSP8 click Adjust>Hue and Saturation. You can tone it as you like there. If using PSP7 click Color>colorize.Set the tones accordingly.
