Good day to all! I have signed up today. I have installed Vue 3.1 Mover LE which is a great program. But I have one problem though, maybe because I am still learning the program and not understand it properly! I can not get some objects (sceneries) in front of each other. For instance, when I have opened my background scene, adding thereto a terrain (mountain), and want to put a tree (vegetation) in front, it appears at the back of the mountain. I have even tried to put it in another layer but still have the problem. Am I missing something, somewhere!? Your help will be greatly appreciated. Yours sincerely, Laura (Launok)

Hi Laury, welcome to the club. I think your question is a little misunderstanding in how 3D programs work. In difference to 2D programs (PaintShop Pro, Photoshop etc) layers do not mean an order how objects are drawn. They only are a method to structure 3D files really, not more. What does that mean for you? See your 3D space as a stage in real world. If you have a large object in the foreground on a real stage and place something else behind it you will not see it. This is exactly the same here. You must place the things relative to the camera - the ones that should be seen in front of the ones that should not. Best to help you with that is the top view. There you see the camera and the objects you have in your scen. And see what is in front and what is not. I hope i understoof your question right. Feel free to ask if not. We are always here to help. Hi Walther, Thank you for your advice - appreciated. I have not tried it out but will give it a go this weekend. You know, this is the very first time I am playing around with 3D programs! The only way to get the hang of it is just to explore all the possibilities and keep practising! I want to do it, and shall do it - with your help too when needed!! LOL Regards, Laura
