Look at the small tabs above your scene preview. By default, that area shows a preview of the current material (or first material) of the selected object. One of the tabs will allow you to do just what you are looking for : translate, rotate and resize an object along its axes.

All; The thing I miss most from Bryce is the ability to so easily switch from scene-to- object-to-camera mode when edting object transforms for position, rotate, and scale. In scene mode, that transforms moved rotated and scaled the object along the main x,y,z axes of the scene. In object mode, it did the t, r, & s along the axes of the objects, and in camera mode, moved the t, r, & s along the current camera axes. This was a very useful trio of modeling tools that were invaluable. Surely this usage exists in Vue, but I cannot figure how to access it. Anyone know? THANK YOU!!
