Hello, I know there must be some people who work over at DAZ, which hang around here. And since I dont know where on DAZ to post this, Ill post it here! I just basically want to say that the customer service and technical support teams over at DAZ 3D are really, really top stuff. If you have a problem (as I recently did with a product download), they get back to you right away, and solve the problem ASAP. I just want to congratulate everyone over at DAZ, on the top job they are doing. You guys are the best! you deserve some kind of award.! Thankyou so much, Grant

Who here doesn't? If not for them we'd all be rendering Don & Judy, the 50something looking couple! I'm not dissing CLabs! Really! It's just Judy is so ugly! And Don's not really a looker himself but he's kinda ho-hum ya know? Daz makes me happy. Just like Curious Labs does. And just like Renderosity does. G

Hi Ascint, I would suggest you post this in The Commons section in Daz forums. Speaking as a customer service specialist, I can tell you it's ALWAYS nice to be told when you're doing something right! So I'm sure the folks there will be glad to hear that you're pleased with the service :-)

Do as I did and let your Platinum club lapse... Not having that 30% off sure cuts the temptation, and frankly I find more useful stuff here at renderosity most times.

That being said... Yes, Daz's Customer service and generosity (strategic of course) is great, and I am a happy customer.

Me too - don't have a platinum membership at Daz but now and then I'm luckey to get one of those free months to try out the platinum membership. That is something that I can feel on my credit card because then I really take advantage of that limited time.

I am just like Berserga, let my Plantinum club lasps and now the temptation is not so great. They do have good stuff, but it is funny, since I did stop my membership, I am noticing many other areas to fill my needs, and you are right, Renderosity has wonderful wonderful work here and other places too. Sharen PS: but Daz does have good stuff....:-)
