Subject: How do I apply texture maps in Poser4/Pro Pack?

I've been looking at/and trying to do - Dr Geep's tutorial on applying texture maps to a one sided square to make a background. However, going by the illustration, the tutorial is done for P5. When I try to find the apply texture map option there's nothing there. The only way I can put a photo/pic on the prop is to do it thru Materials. Is this OK? This is something a bit new for me. thanx for any help

My aspiration: to make a decent Poser Render I'm an Oldie, a goldie, but not a miracle worker :-)
