Clicking only injects the morph. You have to turn the dials in the parameter window to make it do anything. Look in the window pulldown menu at the top and click on parameters. Usually you set it to 1.000, but setting it to lower values, like 0.200, lets you make subtle changes. The eye color has me stumped. Are you using eye colors intended for V3? Mat poses intended for other figures won't work.

First, not to be presumptuous here, I hope that when you say "I downloaded victoria 3" that you mean that you purchased victoria 3 from Daz3D. Otherwise, no help to be found here. :) Second, V3 with injection morphs is not absolute-beginner stuff. Injection morphs are one of the more complex usabilities in Poser. Even some of the veteran users still don't understand them (sorry for that). This could be that you are trying to apply Poses not intended for V3 or that the installation was not proper. More information is needed.

Hey, Victoria 3 is free now. No need to purchase her.

dbowers is right about the morphs. You have to inject them, then you have to dial them.

For the textures...how are you changing the eye color? Using MAT files? Or in the Material Room?

"I hope that when you say "I downloaded victoria 3" that you mean that you purchased victoria 3 from Daz3D." Why does everyone here presume that someone hasn't purchased something from DAZ when they say "I downloaded". When you purchase something from DAZ, you do have to download it from their site. Everyone (like newbies) doesn't get stuff illegaly you know and people shouldn't automatically assume they did. Good way to run off future Poser artists.

All it takes to get Victoria 3 Base package is to register at DAZ, then download V3 for FREE (M3, and Akio are free also). I'm very much against software piracy, but let's not try to cast a shadow of guilt on someone who "downloaded" something - especially when it's free! Many free "add-on" packages are available for download here as well.

Pazkor,
The free version of V3 doesn't include the Head Morph and Body Morph packages (sold by DAZ on their web site - you can get both of them in a bundle for around $30.00 US), which is a requirement for most of the injection poses. If you already purchased the head and body morphs, your ready to rock and roll, just select the body part you want to change by double clicking on it (if your on a PC), and start adjusting the dials.

If you don't have the morph packages, there are a few add on items that use "magnets" and don't require the head and body morphs. You can find a few in free stuff here, and in the marketplace here.

Good Luck!

My sincere apologies for that remark. I had just awoken and the fact that V3 and M3 base are free had slipped my mind (didn't really affect me since I already have V3/M3 base and morphs). When I hear "new to Poser" and "download V3", it makes me flinch. ;) But I'll have to remember that they are freely downloadable from now on. Back to providing real help...
