Subject: Fave image thumbnails on homepage?

How do I get thumbnails of my fave images on my homepage? I can't find the option anywhere but have seen this done on several other people's pages. Thanks :)

My guess is that they put a link to a thumb with html code in the text field. Haven't done it myself but it could be worth a try.
