Well today was the 1st day where we had good light in several days. Spent some time today tracking down that cardinal. While I was at it caught a Blue Jay. These were all taken today in my yard. Shot 1:

Great shots Randy, I'm honestly jealous.... but why can't the birds sit in better places? Those spiky trees do my eyes in ;-) (And why has that last Bluey got a woody?!? lol) (",)

Thanks tvernuccio!! It was fun, needed to be working. That is the tuff thing about working out of your home, I am always wanting to go out and shoot. Jordy! LOL I think he was trying to impress the female, that was hiding in the bushes across the yard.

#4 is fantastic. The DOF and spikes sure add to a very clear shot of this bird. #3 is also brilliant. 1 and 2 are fantastic, but the latter really stand out to my eyes.

Thanks! #4 would be may favorite if he wasn't showing off his woody, right there front and center!

Good capture! I missed a shot today of a woodpecker!

Seems a couple of them have taken up a residence here (or at least I hope).

Here are a couple of shots from last week. Not great, but I am improving tracking these guys down.
