Subject: Help on why a object used in p5 might not be working in p4

I just recently got a dress that was made I believe in p5. I unzipped it just fine in p4 and it came up. Tried it again later to try out textures and it says it can not find file and then says I don't have enough memory. Does anyone know what this means? Am I going to be able to use it with p4? Thank you very much for your help.

There are some memory leak issues in P5, but you are using P4. Do you have the latest patches? Did you restart Poser or restart your computer. (Windows boxes, especially WIN98, handle memory badly and won't let it go when no longer needed... I usually have to cold boot.) In P4 you may need to create a bump map since it won't read .jpgs as bump files... but your dress might not even need a bump map if it relies on pattern for the visual interest. If Poser found the file once, it ought to find it again... just try clearing your memory cache. Carolly

Probably a corrupt object rsr file. Delete the rsr file of the same name as the object in the geometries folder.
