The light tune, deep access and botanica modules are now free at e-on for owners of both Vue 4 Pro and Vue 5. Now I purchased the Botanica module on March 1st and now its free on March 3rd. I downloaded all 3 yesterday and sent them an email asking if I could get a rebate or credit on the Botanica module. I am wondering if others made this (mistake?). E-on hasn't responded yet. By the way, I never did get the Serial number by e-mail but was able to retrive it by printing my invoice on my account page.

Although I agree they should check if you have registered 4 Pro and 5 before charging you, this offer is not new, registered users were e-mailed a few days after the modules were released. I believe somebody did post on the e-on user forum at the time that they had already paid for the modules, if you do a search there you might find out what the outcome was. john

They've been free for over a month now and E-On continually has an info/advertisement for it on their homepage.... it's hard to miss. Don't think it would be a problem getting your money back, just contact them, but allow a couple of days for them to contact you.

I purchased the three modules on March 1st, got a serial numbers for each on the same day. I purchased in Euro's. I have Vue 4 and 5. This is complete news to me. It is most surprising that an above-board company like E-on would continue to take money for these modules from their customers while giving them away for free. The page I went through to get them was an upgrade page from 5 to 5 pro. Sloppy or sharp pactice on their behalf? Unless of course they do not charge my credit card then i withdraw my previous comment.

Please enter these serials when prompted by the Extra Module installer (one serial for each extra module).

I have not registered 5 with them because it is not yet installed. But I purchased from them.

" I have Vue 4 and 5." Then you're not entitled to free modules at all..... I've got Vue 4 + 5 too, but no free modules, you'll need Vue 4 PRO and Vue 5 for it!

Thanks for clearing that up aeilkema. I was taken by surprise by the first post above. It is all the different versions and upgrade paths.

I guess I made this goof all by my self.....arrrg. Haven't heard back from e-on but we will see.
