Subject: At my wits end arghhhhhh

Hello all Well as you can see from the image im having a bit of agro with vue 4 pro at the moment. I have been making scenes all day and not one of them would save,i set the scene some large some small and when i choose to save the scene it gets all the way to the end hangs then vue dies on me. Its only been doing this today and im stumped as to why, Any help greatly appreciated regards Eseexboy Sorry render setting to superior on a 1 gig ddr ram 3600 amd sempron and a 60 gig hd

You don't say anything about your PC or Op Sys that would allow a diagnosis, but i guess you've checked the obvious stuff: *Greater than 20% to 25% of hard dive fre for Windows to use *Got the latest Windows updates *Restarted PC *Not running other programs same time *Can save large files okay in other apps *Run any diagnostic programs you have, RegistryMechanic, etc. *Looked in Event viewer in Admin Tools for recent errors (assuming you have WinXP or WinXP Pro) You might have to email e-on tek support

Agree with jc. A few questions; will the scene itself save? Or is it just the render you're having problems saving? I see from the world browser you're grouping stuff; try hiding layers as well. And when was the last time you defragged? I've had problems rendering to disk with a real fragmented drive. If you have XP or W2K Pro, you can get into the diagnostics, like Dr Watson, for your crash logs. Those are invaluable to send to E-on for tech support help.
