Hi all, here's a skiff I played with today. I use this kind of boat to salmon fish in the summer. This one's a little too clean. I tried to put it in the water but ran into trouble. I remember someone else sinking their boat some time ago, running into the same problem. Does anyone remember how he/she solved the problem of a terrain or object cutting/ showing through the bottom of the boat? I could cut out a hole but If I animate it, I could run into gaps. A quick question. The salmon have morph targets (using C4Pro) but I can't seem to get them to show in scene. In vertex room they apply, but not in render. Very cool though. Has anyone seen any good (free) rope bundles? Instead of making rope, I just want to throw a few wraps of rope into the skiff and call it good. Thanks, R.

Never Give Up!

I remember in that case they use the A-Kuro Digital plugin, the Potentializer.

Well, did you use the animation tool for morphing the morph target (go into animation mode instead of modelling mode, there are two large buttons in the top of the properties tray in the VM). Then you can adjust how much morphing to apply at any given time, for whichever morph targets you like. If it's something else, could you please give a more thorough explanation, or some screenshots?
