I pre-ordered Poser 6 in February, opted for the electronic download. Never got the Shade download though. I wrote about it in the Poser forum, never got any reply.

Hmm, I ordered electronic download as well and I was able to download Shade right away with now problems. I think it gives you thirty days to download it as well
