Does anybody here use Credo's Life Forms, and if you do, do you know of a way to add the V3 or M3 "buttocks" joint to the "skeleton" so that you can use them in the program?

I have it but I haven't used it yet. On the list of things to learn. Did you send a message to Credo?

Yeah, but they haven't gotten back to me yet, maybe because I only downloaded their demo version. But I'm not buying the full version until I know I can use V3 and M3 with it.

Did you see the Poser tutorial on thier website?

I've been trying the tutorial and every time I try to use the bvh from poser, no matter which char it tells me it's not a quicktime file and refuses to import it. I have version 4.0 Life Forms Studio. No one will get back to me either when I asked about the mil figures. Said they would call me back in the afternoon, that was last week. Marque

I'm not surprised, Marque. I got a response from them, but they didn't seem to get (or care about) my question. I wanted to know whether there was a way to make use of the M3 or V3 buttocks joint using Lifeforms, and they just directed me back to the tutorial, which doesn't address this issue. Sure, you can use the figures without taking into account the extra joint, but they come into Poser all screwed up. Maybe it can't be done, but they should just say so. I'm not buying it.

Ok, working on this and will let you know what I get. I think Wolf3D was doing some stuff with this too. Marque

Did you contact Daz about this problem? Daz has always been good about providing support regarding their products and this would definely affect use of their product.

Actually it's up to Credo to make the change, not Daz. Marque
