Anybody ever used the free Digital Faceworks (http://www.interface.digital.com/) with Poser files. The player is kludgy but we'll bet there's a visual basic programmer out there who could write a better one, so that command parameters could be passed in a single executable.

From the title, I thought you were going to mention this one. So, if I may divert your thread a wee bit, I'll just remind folks of it here. It's a nifty online utility put up by Underdog quite some time ago. Type in any text -- & out pops Poser face poses (.FC2) files: Underdog's Lip Sync page
