Hello Store , today I got this IM : Instant Message from stephensea: Thank you for the quick response. The file isn't responding to any type of file opner on my system. I'm on a mac. Any help is appreciated. How do I "open" the file? it is called "securedownload.ez" I don't know how to help. This filename is a bit confusing to me and I know nothing about Mac and their file formats. Order #303261 Buyer: stephensea

Hi Holli, Give her this url to see if it will help, and explain to her that if this doesn't help she can send an email to store@renderosity.com and I will get our resident MAC expert to assist her :) Deb
