I don't know if it goes in this forum but I didn't know where to post this question. I just bought (registered) P3DOExplorer and it said on the website that when you register they send you a code by email. I didn't receive an email and I would like to know if someone else has bought that software and can tell me how long it should be before I receive the registration code. Thanks.

Yes I filled in the forms for the contact but still no news. ;o( I hate that when I pay and I don't get what I expect to get.

Mine came in less than an hour, if I can trust the timestamps on the e-mails... But as far as I know, Senosoft is just Yarp, there are no staff manning/womaning the e-mail 24/7. I'm confident you'll get it soon, he's always been very quick even with replies to questions on the free stuff. I don't think he sleeps much. ;)

Thanks EnglishBob. I sure hope it won't take much time. I would need the feature that lets thumbnails be displayed in subfolders ASAP. ;o)

I believe Yarp lives in France, so there's a time difference also. I've contacted Yarp a number of times, and found him invariably eager to resolve any queries or suggestions.

Well I am very disappointed. I haven't heard from him at all and now it is the middle of the night in France. I went back to check my order history and it said I hadn't bought anything!?!? then I check at the other place and it was there and I went further and THEN I saw that they send the code by email within 48 hours! Why don't they say that BEFORE you actually buy the thing? My CC was charged this afternoon, not in 48 hours. I mean, if I had known before that it might take 48 hours I would have bought it anyway but I would not be disappointed now. ;o(

Francemi, I'm sorry for the key delivery delay. I just sent it to you. I wasn't asleep yesterday evening but unfortunately I wasn't online either. The 48 hours is a secure delay but generally the key ships within 12 hours. At office I'm constantly online so I can reply immediately - EnglishBob you were a lucky guy - but not at home. I will make it clear about that 48 hours in a further version of the stores, but untill I sell enough P3dOs I won't automate the process. Sorry again, I know how eager I'm when I buy some stuff online. Yarp

I won't take chances and I will ask here the question I asked you in that reply: How do I get to convert RSRs to PNGs in more than one folder at a time? I was unsure how myself. Yarp gave me the clue a couple weeks ago in an Email. 1 Rt-Clk on a folder in the tree on the left. Select "Explore Subfolders". 2 Wait for the scan of subfolders to complete (how long it takes depends on how many files). 3 Then run the conversion utility from the Tools menu, with whatever options you prefer. Saved me TONS of time when I figured it out!

THANK YOU!!! Thank you so much LG! As you said, it saves us LOTS of time! I just converted 360 files and it took me about 3 seconds! That IS the reason I registered the program and I am very happy I did. I am re-installing all my files and I have approx. 10 full DVDs of Poser files to install so imagine the time it will save me! I am less discouraged now to go on with that job. ;o) P.S. I was so close to finding it... I saw that Explore Subfolders in the right-click menu but I was sure it applied to Windows Explorer just like the Find files.

Explore subfolders is also accessible from File menu when the folder tree is focused. That subfolder exploration is a P3dO goodie. Since P3dO has some subtilities like that one, I'm currently preparing some tutorial pages with pictures (like leather-guy did) that should help people. They should be available on my website at the end of the month. Yarp btw I check my mails every morning and evening but I'm contantly online in the afternoon. Good afternoon ;)
