:) I'm not feeling so well today. I think I have the flu or something. :( Clint

I'm sorry you're not feeling well, Clint. :( However, I think your hat on backwards makes you look quite cute. :)

I think it's the head that's on backwards, not the hat. Even if you have the flu,you should never hold your nose when you sneeze....all kinds of bad things happen.

Which reminds me, Clint. Have your dear wife (or you) make up some chicken soup. If the real thing cannot be had, open up a can of chicken broth, heat, and mix with small cooked noodles (if desired).

:) Yea - That sounds good. I've been eating a lot of vitiman C that usually helps me a lot. About 4000-5000 mg per day when I start feeling bad. Also vinegar, onions and garlic seem to work some magic on the old body when I start feeling ill. :) Clint

Wonderful you're taking something more to help your system overcome the infection. When the body is in the state of illness, it takes up whatever nutritional reserves one has to heal itself. Taking in more nutrients helps the body recover faster. A good daily multi-vitamin is of great help as well. hugs You're cyber grandma :)

Yeah, man - plenty of orange juice. But don't O.D. on vitamin C like Linus Pauling did - we have no evidence that it helps.

Try those zinc tabs by the cough and cold meds at the drugstore. They do wonders.

Actually onions and garlic don't really help your health much, you just look healthier from a distance grins (that was a joke people I know there are really some health benefits) Feel better soon Clint. Mid
