Dunno about anyone else but my copy of poser 6 dies of the memory bug just trying to do a draft at that size... :)

Unless they want to do posters, it sounds to me as if they don't know the difference between a printer dot and a pixel.

Under General Preferences>Document>Render set "max cached renders" to 1.

That could help with any memory problems.
