Subject: Poser 6 still not received (in France). Anyone with the same problem ?

I ordered P6 (physical shipment) on february 21, and received the shipment confirmation e-mail from Digital River on march 30. On April 11, my credit card has been charged, but P6 is still not here. If I look at www.findmyorder.com, I see no tracking number, only the mention "fulfilled RM1:". What does that mean exactly ? I sent a message to the web store and got a vague automated answer which does not help me at all. I wonder if anyone has received P6 in France ? Maybe the delay is normal, but not having a tracking number worries me. Should have ordered the download version, but I wanted a paper manual :)

Hi,

I got the RM1: and no tracking number a day or so before delivery. I am in the UK, and my delivery was by Royal Mail 1st class, so I think that is what the RM1 is. I'm not sure if Royal Mail do tracking?

Hope your P6 arrives to you soon.

I think CL said your card wouldn't be charged until the product is despatched. I would guess that it has been sent today. I'd give it until Friday and then contact them again if it hasn't arrived by then! thefixer poser coordinator

Royal Mail takes about 1-2 weeks to deliver. My P6 was shipped at 30. March and arrived here in Germany 9. April. I think it will be the same time to deliver to France. Hope that helps Greets Chris
