It might be an attempt at compositing work. You know, where you take a photo and then try to seamlessly add rendered elements to it. At least that's my guess.

Judging by the rest of their gallery, they've made a lot of improvement over the last two weeks.

Well firstly its a photo, go take a good look at it. Look at the floorboards on the left of it, you'll see dust/dirt between the joins/gaps on them. Also look close and you'll see scuff/scratch marks on the floorboards. Another thing look at the rug/carpet the tassels on the edge of it look to hmmm warn.. With looking at that rug/carpet i thought i was looking at my girlfriends ex-boss's floor...hey it could be his place lol
I have opinions of my own -- strong
opinions -- but I don't always agree with them.

There is an insane amount of details in the picture, a bit to much if you ask me. I have seen extreme good renders of rooms and offices and such, but to go to the lenghts of even having dirt lying on the floor, scratches in the wood and even the legs of the chairs press in to fabric of the carpet (not to mention the carpet itself). Its to perfect to be believable that is a fake. Mind you, i like the room itself.

I'm prepared to give him the benefit of the doubt. This link is to an image I'm working on in Bryce, Wings, Poser and Windows Paint. I did cheat a little and took a few photos for textures. But other than that, it's pure Bryce. Phil (Sarcastic as ever)---------

check out this image. It's either the most realistic interior render I've seen or a pathetic attempt to fool the gallery visitors. http://www.renderosity.com/viewed.ez?galleryid=937910www.colacola.se
