I can't get the background terrain texture right. I'm not happy with this and can't get anything to look satisfactory. I've tried numerous presets and modified in lab and can't find a texture that doesn't render too much bare rock in this snow covered environment. Think Anartica.

change the grey colors to white to off white/blu.

"Reinstall Windows" is NOT a troubleshooting step.

actually, i like this. even the colors are nice.

I have to agree with drac. Changing everything to white won't hold as much interest. This looks great. The sky needs to be a little more ominous IMO. A grey sky will make it seem colder.

tks for the input. It shall remain as is. I've written a narrative to match pic ( a first for me also) The narrative will explain the sky. Wish me luck and best of luck to all who submits to challenge. I'll notify when post is made if you're interested.
